These Terms of Service govern your use of filehugger.com (filehugger.com), operated by Brothers IT Yazılım Arge ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. San. Ltd. Şti.. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

filehugger.com provides free online file conversion tools. Depending on the tool, files are processed in your browser or on our servers; server-processed files are used only to perform the requested conversion and are deleted automatically afterwards. The service is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to use. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your files and to the converted output — we claim no ownership whatsoever and use your files only to perform the conversion you request. The site's own content (text, design, code) is owned by Brothers IT Yazılım Arge ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. San. Ltd. Şti. and protected by applicable law.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Always verify converted files before relying on them for anything important.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brothers IT Yazılım Arge ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. San. Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

6. Third-party services

Pages include advertising and measurement services from third parties (Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising). Their use of data is governed by their own terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law
