How to turn a PDF into an editable presentation

Recover a presentation when its original design file is missing. Import a PDF or image, edit recovered text and layers, and export slides as PowerPoint or PDF.

Get started in three steps

  1. Import a PDF, image or saved project. Choose a presentation, print or custom canvas size.
  2. Edit recovered PDF text, or run English or Turkish OCR on an image. Review the layout and add text, images or shapes.
  3. Arrange your slides, preview the presentation and export PPTX, PDF, SVG or PNG. Keep a project file for future edits.

What you can do

  • Recover native PDF text while retaining page graphics.
  • Use OCR to create editable text layers from images and scans.
  • Create multiple slides with editable text and shapes in PowerPoint exports.

Frequently asked questions

Will every part of the PDF become editable?

Recovered text can become editable, while complex graphics may remain part of a raster image. Font matching, OCR and background repair are approximate, so review each page.

Can I export an editable PowerPoint file?

Yes. Text and shapes created in the design workspace are exported as editable PowerPoint elements. Images remain images in the PPTX file.

Does PDF or image conversion require an upload?

Design editing and OCR run in your browser. Your source files stay on this device unless you separately choose a server-based tool or publish a document.
