Frequently asked questions
Do I need Microsoft Word installed?
No. DOCX editing uses the hosted ONLYOFFICE engine in your browser. This is an independent tool, not Microsoft's Word for the web service.
Where are my Word documents saved?
Office files are uploaded to this workspace server for editing and storage. A free account is required. Use Save to server and wait for its confirmation before downloading the current file.
Can I share a document with another editor?
Yes. Close the document and use Share access in the saved file list. Invite an existing workspace username with view or edit permissions; close active sessions before changing access.
