Can I edit existing text in a PDF?

Yes, for supported horizontal text objects. Replacement uses Noto Sans, so the original font may change. Outlined text, scanned pages and text inside reusable PDF objects may require added content or OCR instead.

Are my PDF files uploaded?

No. This PDF editor processes files in your browser and keeps drafts on this device. You do not need to create an account.

Can I edit a scanned PDF or securely redact information?

Scans contain pictures of text. Use Design & slides to recover editable text with OCR, and check the result. Removing text or covering it in this editor is not a secure redaction workflow.
